T.G.I.F Painted Spoons

T.G.I.F. is a series of stuff I do on weekends. Of stuff you can do on your weekend too. Posted every Friday morning.

I found these pretty spoons via Pinterest and immediately thought of the plain wooden spoons in our kitchen drawers. This was a super quick project. I used acrylic paint and cover them in Mod Podge for a sealer. (These will be handwashed since we don’t have a dishwasher).

And no, our utensils drawer is not that cute always. It’s STUFFED with utensils. But, girl’s gotta have some fun styling a drawer every once in awhile, right?

Haha I feel that way sometimes, I style things for my blog and I think “well thats unrealistic, that desktop is normally covered with homework” or “my bed is never actually made….”

It was a gift. But I have seen it sold at Fred Meyer(a supermarket in the NW).
